Tablet / Caplet Visual Inspection Machine
 It is 100% reversible, 100% of the tablets are held in
reserve for inspection with inspection capacity of about
7,00,000 - 8,00,000 tablets per shift depending upon the
tablet size.
Working Principle:
Tablet / Caplet to be inspected are fed in hopper. Tablets
get placed automatically on the nylon conveyor through
vibrator. The tablets move along the belt in zigzag motion
and gets through the adjustable tablet tillers and get
reversed. Once reversed the other face of the tablet is
inspected during its motion on the conveyor. Dust extractor
provided collects the dust. Rejection tablet trays are
filled to collect rejected tablets and 100% perfect tablets
fall into the collection drum. Quality of the equipment,
