SUGAR STORAGE TANK 
Sugar Syrup Plants are particularly used for Syrup manufacturing.
Sugar Syrup Plant mainly consists of following equipments -
1. Liquid manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & Jacket
2. Sugar Syrup manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles &
Jacket.
3. Storage Vessel
4. Vacuum system for transfer of sugar syrup
5. Pipelines - Manufacturing Vessels and Storage Vessels are
connected through individual pipeline. Inline Sugar Syrup
Pre-filters are provided. All connections like bends, tees, valves,
inline sight glasses are of Tri-clover / Din Standards.
Special Features of
Sugar Syrup Plant -

Sugar syrup and
manufacturing vessels are JACKETED with limpet coils for heating
and cooling.

These vessels can
withstand internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar
directly from stores to sugar syrup vessel.

Filters provided at
the bottom can be easily dismantled and cleant, sanitized or
sterilized.

Bottom Entry
propeller agitators are available. Capacity - 500 Ltr. to 2000
Ltr.
