VILAS' Automatic high speed packing machine with a capacity
up to 2500 tablets per minutes. In strip packing machine
wide range of products can be packed automatically / semi
automatically. To operate the machine is very simple. The
product is fed through hopper and feeding device flows to
the heat sealing roller cavities, the desired laminated foil
from the two rollers is drawn on the sealing rollers which
packs and seals the products continuously. The sealed strip
passes through the vertical and horizontal cutters to get
desired strip sizes.
Application: Strip packing machine is extensively
used to pack tablets, capsules, caplets, coated tablets,
soft gelatin capsules. The same is also used to pack supari,
tobacco, refills, battery cells, mats, bearings, oil seals,
steel balls, chewing gum, tofees etc.
Features:
Suitable for most heat sealable foils like aluminum poly,
glassine poly, paper poly etc.
All parts are standardised which ensures quick inter
changeables.
There are 5 different models, capacity ranging from 400 to
2500 tablets per minute.
Trouble free smooth operation.

STRIP DEFOILER:
This unit is ideal for recovery of tablets / capsules from
rejected foils. The foils are fed in the machine where the
tablets / capsules are separated. The machine has adjustable
slitters, suitable for strip width of 45 to 90 mm, and is
supplied with stainless steel tablet collecting tray etc.
All the shafts and rollers are made of stainless steel and
the unit is driven by 0.25 hp, 3 phase motor.
